Disneybound of the Week 9: Cinderella

This week's Disneybound is Cinderella, again. This is the Cinderella Disneybound that I originally wanted to do, but it took a little longer to get it to come together the way that I wanted. It is probably the most obvious Disneybound that I've done, but it definitely translated well. I wanted to evoke the most fairytale-like image possible, and I think that I succeeded. The only thing that would have made this Disneybound any better would be if I had done it at the Magic Kingdom itself. I did enjoy this one though, and I wore it all day. I got some strange looks throughout town, but I didn't care. I felt cute, so I went with it. Anyway, let's breakdown the look.

Cinderella's color palette is mostly light blue, with some accents of white and silver. For this particular Disneybound, I went with white pants, a light blue top, and silver heels. The white pants were by Gloria Vanderbilt, and I got them at Kohl's. They are the same white pants that I've worn for some of my previous Disneybounds. The blue top was by Calvin Klein, and I got it at Marshalls. The silver heels are by Marc Fisher, and I got them at Marshalls, as well. If you've been reading my Disneybound posts for a few weeks, you will notice that I shop at Marshalls, TJ Maxx, and Ross a lot. I like nice clothes, but I don't want to spend a lot of money on them, so I love these retailers. For accessories, I wore my Cinderella charm bracelet that I made from charms I bought at Hobby Lobby, pearl earrings, and I wore a black ribbon choker. I wore my hair in a bun, and tied a matching blue ribbon in my hair. I love how it all came together. For my makeup, I kept it light. I tried to match Cinderella's look as much as I could. I wore light blue and champagne gold eyeshadow with blue and silver eyeliner. I kept the rest of the blush and highlighter pretty neutral, and a rosy lipstick. I was very fond of the makeup, as well. All total, I loved this Disneybound. Cinderella is one of my favorite characters to bound because she is always just so effortlessly beautiful and chic.

What did you think of the look? Did you love it as much as I do? For more pictures follow me on Instagram and Facebook. Subscribe to the blog to stay up-to-date on the latest posts and information.
